ODA 100 is a proposed National Albanian Registry grant for founders and part of the first ODA, on June 5, 2027 in East Rutherford, New Jersey.
Nothing about it is final. The program, its rules, eligibility and the size of the award are pending approval by the National Albanian Registry board and legal review.

A grant, not an investment
No equity is taken and there is no ordinary repayment.
Who could apply
Founders 18 or older with a new idea or early-stage business, based in the United States. Final eligibility is set after legal review.
Fair selection
Supporting ODA 100 would not give anyone a say in who is selected. Judges and reviewers disclose conflicts and step aside when needed.
Funding first
The award is made only once the funds are secured and every check is complete.
