ODA is an initiative of the National Albanian Registry, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This page covers the forms on this site.

What you give us

On the waitlist, your name, email and what you do, plus anything optional you add: your city, who referred you, what you want from ODA and any note. In the suggestion form, the rooms you pick, your message and, if you choose, your email.

When you buy a ticket, your name, email, role, company and, if you add it, your company website. Stripe takes your payment for the National Albanian Registry. We never see or keep your card number.

What we do with it

We use it to plan the first gathering, run check-in on the day and contact you about ODA. That’s all. We don’t sell it, rent it or add you to any other mailing list.

If you tick the box to be listed as an attendee, we show your name, role, company and company logo on oda.network. Ask us any time and we’ll take it down. If you don’t tick it, we don’t list you.

The ODA waitlist is separate from the National Albanian Registry. Joining one doesn’t sign you up for the other.

Who sees it

The volunteers organizing ODA for the National Albanian Registry. Form details are stored with our database provider, Supabase, and ticket details with Stripe, both in the United States. Cloudflare counts page visits without cookies. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

While ODA is being planned and run. If ODA doesn’t go ahead, we delete it. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

Seeing or deleting your details

Email privacy@albanianregistry.org from the address you signed up with and tell us what you want to see, correct or delete. We’ll do it and confirm by reply.
